PeacockSofa

A multi-stiffness woven carbon fiber furniture through computational design

This project builds upon BellowBench and SakuraStool, taking a step toward high-end, aesthetically focused furniture design. The PeacockSofa comprises two main modules: a soft, woven cushion and a rigid, one-piece frame. The frames are fabricated as a single unit with integrated modular features, connected by a hoop to enhance structural integrity. End-users can customize their unique PeacockSofa by adjusting parameters such as the number of petals, spacing intervals, and leg lengths.
